Sofia Richie is the moment.

I have never been more obsessed with anyone than I am Sofia Richie right now and I really wish I was having a 2023 wedding as I would have 100% been influenced by her wedding!  Sofia Richie wore army pants and flip flops, so I wore army pants and flip flops. Name that movie??  Her style and taste has gone from very rich daughter to classy old school money very quickly and under the radar.  The whole world is very shocked by her style revolution.  The youngest daughter of Lionel Richie got married in the South of France over a weekend in April, to music producer Elliot Grainge and I could not be more obsessed with her pre-wedding outfits, her wedding day dresses and her post wedding looks.  She even wore 3 bespoke Chanel gowns for her day!!! Lets break it down and have a look and I will attempt to help you get the look by finding similar pieces.

1) The Neutral fringed number - This Khaite knit dress is a beautiful simple shape and colour that compliments her skin by matching it, only someone who is tanned can get away with this. I love the fringing at the bottom and the Chanel lunch box she has paired with it.  A perfect dress for dinner in the South of France and for introducing herself for wedding attire outfit number 1!

2) The crochet halter dress - This outfit is just everything and a great second choice for her wedding weekend.  I adore that it is maxi along with most of these bridal outfits.  The blue knit almost makes this scream Missoni but actually the brand is Proenza Schouler.  It has a very flattering shape to the triangle line and I am determined to find a really good dupe for this!

3) The white linen suit - This Posse vest and skirt set with the Chanel scarf is the ultimate classy girl look.  I just adore a waistcoat at the moment and this maxi skirt paired with the shape of this vest is just a magical pairing.  The first white outfit being introduced to the collection for her bridal weekend.

4) The long sleeved maxi blue number - The something blue Khaite dress is super floaty and elegant.  I love the high neck with the sheer top and the fact that all her outfits are very modest.  I think that makes a really classy bride.

5) The buttoned up shift dress - This Proenza Schouler vest that she wears as a dress is very Chanel vibes. and I love that she pairs it with Chanel ballet flats and bag.  This is a really easy one to recreate and I have linked some amazing ones below here for you.

6) The casual Maxi Chanel dress.  I say casual as Chanel is usually very structured and this dress is very floaty.  I love the casual vibes of it though and the monochrome look.  Even the Chanel camellia is shown in a more casual style here.

7) The rehearsal dinner beaded gown - This is a Chanel haute couture gown from the 1997 collection and it is very blingy for a rehearsal dinner!  It has a high neck, long sleeves and is floor length! Basically another wedding dress! If there’s one occasion to go all out it’s at your wedding and too much is never enough in my opinion!!

8) The Wedding day dress - Sofia created this custom gown with Chanel and has the initials S&E embroidered inside.  She really suits the halter look and the high neck and this shows both so elegantly.  We have seen this style dress before on the likes of Megan Markle and Hailey Bieber and it has always been a favourite.

9) The evening party dress - Another Chanel outfit, this minidress was inspired by Claudia Schiffer who once wore it on the runway.  This is the perfect end to an amazing run of outfits and of course it has to be Chanel.  This iconic dress is super simple, structured and would make partying easier in the hot and humid weather.

10) The morning after - Lastly she wore this beautifully oversized collar dress from Alessandra Rich the morning after the event for breakfast.  I love the drama of this whilst also being casual while I am sure she is super relieved that all the stress is over and she can enjoy her wedding bubble.
