Gratitudes and intentions

2020 has been a different and difficult year for many people.  I think it is really important to leave 2020 with a healthy mindset and look at it with gratitude and not resentment.  For me personally, I have not achieved as much as I would have liked this year, but that doesn't mean I haven't had many personal achievements still.  For clarity and to be able to let go of the year 2020, I used the below template to set myself free.

Here are some examples of gratitudes, some are a few of mine:

1) Job promotion
2) learning to enjoy my own company 
3) Building relationships with my family and friends again
4) Getting a good running routine and gaining body strength 
5) Restarting my blog
6) I saved money to buy a house 

Here are a few examples of intentions, again a few are mine:

1) Run a half marathon in under 2 hours
2) Buy a house
3) Make travel plans
4) Spend quality time with friends and family 

For those of you who believe in manifestation, I did this meditation class today along with the above and I now feel ready for 2021. I hope if you choose to follow my advise you get the same clarity I did. - meditation for manifestation and success
