My final item on my christmas list is of course a book. You have to have a book to pass those winter nights when you snuggle up with a cup of tea and a blanket beside the fire. This book is called 'Hungry' by Crystal Renn with Marjorie Ingall. It is a young model's story of appetite, ambition and the ultimate embrace of curves. It shows the effect of modelling on a young girls thoughts of food and size and how she overcame it. This story made me more aware of the situations these models have to overcome and it inspired me.
